LIVE: No More Shadows دیگر سایه ای در کار نیست

Join us for a live performance and Q+A to celebrate the debut EP  دیگر سایه ای در کار نیست  (No More Shadows) from Iranian singer and musician, Aref Ghorbani.

No More Shadows is not just an EP, it is a transformative period in Ghorbani’s musical evolution. Departing from his roots in Iranian classical and folk music, he has fearlessly explored diverse genres, expanding his horizons and venturing out of his comfort zone. This promises to be a unique opportunity not only to hear Ghorbani’s new music live but also to connect with the artist and gain insights into the creative process behind it. Ghorbani will perform with some of his closest collaborators bringing together cultures, stories and music in a celebration of the human spirit. The performance will be followed by a Q&A hosted by Iranian-Canadian lecturer, Dr. Zahra Khosroshahi.

Live performance: 7 – 9 PM, Wednesday 29 November, Drygate, Glasgow.

Tickets are available to book on a sliding scale of £5 – £15. All £15 ticket holders will receive a free download of the EP and all proceeds go towards the performing artists. We will be providing free tickets to people in the asylum process directly. Please get in touch with us for more details.
